38 beauty advisors said that customers come in looking for products from influencer brands.

 

36 beauty advisors said that customers come in looking for viral products from TikTok or other social media platforms.

 

24 beauty advisors said that customers come in looking for products sold at competing retailers. 

 

12 beauty advisors said that customers come in looking for products with specific ingredients to target specific concerns.
